Sessions are one-on-one guided hypnosis experiences designed to support deep relaxation, inner awareness, and personal insight.

The process is calm, spacious, and non-directive. I guide you into a focused, relaxed state and offer gentle structure. From there, your own inner intelligence leads the experience.

Each session unfolds differently for each person, responding to what is present in that moment. There is no script and no expected outcome.

Depending on the individual, sessions may include:

  • Symbolic or archetypal imagery

  • Past-life or ancestral themes

  • Higher-self or intuitive awareness

  • Emotional or somatic insight

  • Future timeline connection

  • A sense of clarity, calm, or inner quiet without specific imagery

Some people experience vivid inner imagery. Others experience the work as deeply settling and reflective. Both are equally valid.

I create the structure and hold the container.
I do not interpret, direct, or decide what should happen.

This work respects your pacing, agency, and internal boundaries. Nothing is forced, and you are always aware and in control.

This is an inward, receptive process rather than something imposed or directed.

  • Duration is approximately 2-2 ½ hours

  • Sessions are currently offered remotely, allowing you to fully relax in the comfort of your own home.
